* Seek clarification from the Manager or Supervisor if needed
* Complete jobs within estimated repair times
* Safeguard the customer’s vehicle and contents in the workshop
* Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards upon return
* Complete all work safely, adhering to guidelines
* Fulfill tasks to customer satisfaction
