About the role
We work with schools in the Bridgwater as a first port of call for their temporary, permanent and cover needs for Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (and many, many other geographical locations too). We can be flexible around candidates, but all work is between Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm weekly. Full time roles are ideal but we do offer part time supply for the right candidates.
Your daily routine will involve continuously adapting and working alongside pupils to make their time in school as beneficial and productive as possible. Your main objective will be to support these pupils with this, as well as making sure they are not displaying any triggers or any signs of unease.
Our main aim is to offer the best possible support to pupils. In order to be successful for this role a nurturing, patient and empathetic attitude will be key.
