Hours: 8:45am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri Location: LS28 (Leeds) Core Telecom is a market leading and fast moving Telecoms Network based in Leeds. We are dynamic, growing, and provide specialist telecommunication solutions to clients based around the globe. We are now looking for a head-office based Account Manager to join our team. This is a mixed and varied office-based sales & support role, with great development potential. Main purpose of role – To proactively and reactively manage new and existing accounts over multiple different customer sectors and brands. Responsibilities include: Managing an existing customer account base including cross selling new products and services as they are launched. Proactive generation of new business and handling of inbound sales leads & opportunities. Meeting and exceeding sales & campaign targets. Essential skills/Experience: Knowledge of Public Sector/NHS organisations. Previous Public Sector account management experience Desire to succeed and build a career within a progressive leading organisation Credible and professional communication skills Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure Enthusiastic and positive attitude Proven experience in an office-based sales environment Confident with IT, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
