Permanent Senior Social Worker – Dual Diagnosis – Essex – Salary up to £52,500
Liquid Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and resourceful social workers looking to join a busy and exciting Dual Diagnosis Team within Essex. As a Senior Social Worker you will take on the most complex cases that the team deals with and will be expected to provide insight into the cases of less-experienced members of the team to improve their service.
Full-time and part-time applications (minimum 3 days per week) can be considered, the advertised salary will be pro rata’d for part-time hours.

What can you expect from this role?
* You will manage your own complex workload
* You will support less-experienced colleagues with their workloads
* You will use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the development of practice standards
* You will work at the forefront of the communities mental health treatment teams, providing secondary mental health services
* You will play a key part in providing social care service within the Recovery Wellbeing Community Mental Health Team
Is this role for you?
* You must be an excellent communicator and well-versed in multi-disciplinary working, developing and maintaining relationships with key partners
* You will need at least two years of post-qualification experience
* You will be AMHP qualified with experience within Mental Health and substance misuse
* You should have experience of chairing meeting involving clients, family members, carers and other multi-agency professionals
