We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Brighouse who are looking for a temporary Customer Service Advisor - immediate start. Office based - hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30 (with flexibility on start/finish eg 9.00 - 5.00) You will be working within a friendly and dynamic team who value teamwork, efficiency and a positive work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via a ticketing system. Handle inquiries related to orders, including tracking, faulty parts, missing parts, and assembly questions. Provide timely and accurate information to customers. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ticketing systems and other customer service software. A friendly and approachable demeanour.
