Key Responsibilities: Maintain stakeholder engagement maps and other communication channels Support the development and implementation of the External Affairs Strategy Enhance the organisation’s public image and brand Manage communication and grievance registers Gather and complete lender reports Coordinate and prepare internal and external newsletters Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders Manage community engagement and learning outreach programmes Create internal and external communication materials Manage digital communication channels and create engaging content Analyse data from digital platforms to inform strategies Monitor and manage external communication processes What We're Looking For: Experience managing internal communications processes Proven background in digital communications and marketing Strong understanding of social media and brand voice Ability to analyse and interpret digital analytics Excellent report writing and presentation development skills Experience creating engaging online content Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Illustrator tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Why Join Us?
