Key Responsibilities:

o Keep up-to-date with industry developments and use insights to shape business growth initiatives.
* Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
o Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
o Manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and continuous engagement with potential clients.
* Strategic Partnerships:
o Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market positioning and service offering.
o Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and meet partnership objectives.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Sales Strategy and Performance:
o Develop and implement a business development strategy that drives revenue and market expansion.
o Set and track sales goals, regularly reviewing performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and events.
* Networking and Brand Awareness:
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
o Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s services and values in all client and partner interactions.
* Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into pipeline progress, deal status, and revenue projections.
o Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date reporting.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (minimum 3-5 years).
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable:
