Our client is a market-leading fleet management company. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their office in Chippenham.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor
1. Take incoming calls from customers who wish to organise service, maintenance, and repairs to their company vehicles.
2. Receive calls from customers who have broken down.
3. Organise and book service, maintenance, and repairs with the appropriate suppliers.
4. Ensure that recovery vehicles are organised promptly.
5. Organise courtesy vehicles or make first arrangements for rental vehicles.
6. Schedule other ancillary services as required.
7. Keep customers and other interested parties informed of progress.
8. Ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
Qualifications & Experience – Customer Service Advisor
1. Experience in a customer service-related role is essential.
2. Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet, and email, and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to an intermediate level.
