You would be working for a Private Domiciliary Homecare Provider who primarily deliver private homecare as well as NHS and Live in Care packages. Working with an office team of 5 including, Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors, and an excellent team of Care Assistants. Duties
As the Registered Branch Manager, you will deliver the highest possible standard of care to their lovely customers. The post holder will be required to grow the business whilst maintaining their excellent compliance record. You will be an excellent leader and be able to implement change when needed and inspire others, whilst promoting the company’s excellent ethos and values.
Criteria
* Car Driver Essential.
* Minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care willing to work towards Level 5.
* Highly passionate individual / A true leader and ambassador.
* Previous Experience of Working in Adult Domiciliary Homecare Essential.
