P6 Shutdown Scheduler
How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?
Join us in our newly created role as our P6 Shutdown Scheduler. Your role is to schedule and coordinate all Annual Shutdown activities, such as corrective maintenance tasks, planned maintenance, and project work scopes. Identification of critical path work, resource requirements, man hours, and KPI report publishing.
What’s possible?
1. Use the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to acquire requested tasks and planned maintenance routines.
2. Prepare a preliminary shutdown schedule for review and approval.
3. Align all maintenance and any project/3rd party contract activities.
4. Generate S-Curve and KPI reports daily during the shutdown period.
5. Liaise with shutdown planners and project managers to ensure all work scopes are planned and ready for execution.
What do you bring?
You will be an experienced Planner/Scheduler of annual shutdown maintenance. Proficient in the use of P6 planning tools. You will have excellent communication skills to ensure shutdown information is correct and all resources, manning levels, and job steps are done in the correct order. You will have experience using Oracle/SAP and possess excellent Excel and CMMS knowledge. You will be a confident communicator, chairing site shutdown meetings at all levels.
