Our client is a leading brand of innovative FMCG products and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team and help them to provide outstanding service to their loyal customers. Hybrid role- 3 days in the office, 2 days at home 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday. The Role Respond to consumer enquiries via email, telephone, post, and Social Media Record consumer contracts Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of their products Process product replacement requests and ensure stock levels are always maintained Processing and monitoring orders The Package Salary of up to 28K Pension Blue chip benefits The Candidate Previous experience in a customer service role Previous experience in a contact centre role would be desirable but not required Experience in Microsoft Office Fluency in another European language is desirable but not required Please send your CV to Kaci at Landers Recruitment if you are interested.
