Base pay range
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday. 1 out of every 4 Saturdays, 9am – 1pm
Main Duties
* Manage and service existing client’s insurance needs
* Maximise new business opportunities whilst delivering outstanding customer service
* Proactively support the wider team in delivering its call handling levels
* Proactively obtain future dated leads to increase sales and maximise revenue opportunities
* Renew existing client policies by servicing renewal requirements
* Produce and/or request insurance documentation
* Undertake any other duties as necessary
Experience
* Some experience in personal lines insurance (required)
* Desire to progress within the insurance industry (required)
* Experience in retention or sales (preferred)
* Ability to build instant customer support
* Thrives on a challenge and takes pride in work
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Aptitude for problem-solving
* Communication and persuasion skills
