Marketing Team Leader
Salary: £30,881 - £34,745 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Chester with travel required across all campuses (Chester, Ellesmere Port and Crewe)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Team Leader to join our team working across our three campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Marketing Team Leader to lead a team in implementing the College’s marketing vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear day-to-day leadership in the development and delivery of marketing services to ensure that it meets the needs to prospective and current students, stakeholder and partners;
Develop cohesive multi-channel marketing campaigns across all target markets;
Look at the development of appropriate market research design, methodology and channel approach; and
Oversee the development and implementation of core key communication channels including the website development, social media platforms, print collateral and key publications.
Key Person Specification Requirements:
Degree and/or comparable professional qualification;
Qualification in Marketing (desirable)
Full and valid UK driving licence;
Evidence of on-going professional development;
Strong interpersonal skills with experience of liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders, building effective relationships
Experience of leading and managing a team within a marketing environment
Understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service and gathering and acting on feedback; and
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment.
