We have a great opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a fast paced & growing engineering company based in West London. They are looking for someone to cover on an interim basis for approximately 3 x months (maybe longer) and you must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial books and records and prepare accurate & timely monthly management accounts for the business
2. Provide essential financial control and planning
3. Preparation of month end accounts
4. Manage and develop all aspects of purchase authorisation and payments
5. Preparation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
6. Ensure compliance with company internal control procedures.
7. Monthly preparation of customer reporting
8. Generate and present a range of financial and ad hoc reports for use by both internal and external customers.
9. Ad hoc financial analysis.
Requirements:
10. Part or Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
11. Previous experience in Engineering/Logistics or similar sectors is useful
12. Advanced Excel skills
13. Professional with a hands on and flexible attitude
14. Accurate with an excellent eye for detail
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills
16. Self-motivated able to work on their own initiative
