ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and implement a reactive strategic sales plan to deliver the pre-booked sales target for the reactive division.
* Create, develop and maintain personal client accounts within the corporate event world to drive private hire and large scale events.
* Gather feedback post event to ensure guest expectations are met, and identify areas for improvement. Review and update guest data in Collins, looking for opportunities to build relationships.
* Manage the reactive sales team, providing direction, training, and support with clear targets set against agreed upon KPIs, including regular job performance reviews to enhance sales performance.
* Overall responsibility for the booking platform to ensure an optimized booking journey for guests, maximizing sales.
* Ensure full utilization of the Collins CRM system, adhering to the agreed sales and events process to manage guest inquiries effectively, providing detailed sales analysis and accurate pre-booked sales reporting.
