The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons to inspire a love of learning in your students.
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development across the primary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality teaching practices and resources.
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support each child’s educational journey.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a committed and talented Primary Teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in primary schools.
* Has a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching and raising pupil achievement.
* Is passionate about primary education and inspiring young learners to reach their full potential.
* Possesses excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
