Job summary A vacancy has arisen for a part time (22.5 hours a week) Band 3 administrator to come and work within our busy and friendly Mental Health Support Team in Schools (BCP). We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will require ability to multi-task, using their own initiative, and work flexibly to manage the workload in accordance with agreed quality standards, and demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel. The post will be based at Stokewood Road, Winton, Bournemouth and will need to be available to work a full day (9-5) on a Friday. The rest of the week is open to more flexibility and discussion. Main duties of the job The post holder will need to ensure the provision of a professional, efficient and confidential administration service and to offer a high standard of customer care. Provide information to families and young people, staff, schools, CAMHS colleagues and multi-agency professionals relating to appointments, patient care, service pathways and to attend meetings, minuting as required. This should be done alongside the maintenance of computer systems, spreadsheets and databases that are required by the team.
