You will be expected to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that foster curiosity, creativity and a love for learning. Your role will also involve working closely with a team of professionals to support the academic social and emotional development of each child in your care. Teacher of Primary School Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students across different age groups in the primary school. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring every student feels supported and valued. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and setting clear learning objectives to help students achieve their potential. Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through differentiated activities and collaborative learning opportunities. Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to students’ development. Maintain high standards of behaviour management, promoting a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere. Keep accurate records of student progress and achievement, providing detailed reports to parents and senior leadership as required. Teacher of Primary School Job Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in Primary Education. Proven experience in teaching within a primary school setting, demonstrating a commitment to raising standards of achievement. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to plan, teach and assess effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and parents. A passion for working with young children and supporting their academic, social and emotional growth. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a willingness to adapt and innovate.
