Responsibilities
* Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
* Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
* Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
* Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support
* Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey
* Participate in staff interview process
* Participate in monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs
* Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Master’s Degree
* Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
* Experience in clinical/center based setting highly valued
* Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
Preferred Skills:
* Dedication to clinical excellence
* A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calm and patience
* Compassionate with a high EQ
* Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership and parent/caregivers
* Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM or PRT
Compensation
$68,000 - $85,000 yearly
