Our client, a well-known luxury retail brand, is seeking a talented Luxury Sales Assistant to join their team in Ellesmere Port on a temporary 6-month contract.
As a Luxury Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be an Experience Expert, using your product knowledge and storytelling skills to craft unique experiences for each customer. Your goal will be to establish lasting relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities:
1. Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team members.
2. Deliver engaging and memorable customer experiences.
3. Develop and maintain key customer relationships using instore CRM tools.
4. Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand updates, services, and local events to enhance the customer experience.
5. Share your ideas and be an active part of the team.
6. Demonstrate operational excellence and respect for people, products, and the environment.
7. Incorporate environmentally responsible practices into your work, promoting a greener, more sustainable future.
8. Promote equity, empathy, and understanding within your internal and external communities.
