Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan and deliver targeted intervention programs to support students with SEMH needs.
* Work closely with classroom teachers to identify students requiring additional support.
* Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address specific learning and behavioural needs.
* Monitor and assess the progress of students receiving interventions, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and academic achievement of all students.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of intervention sessions and student progress.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
