The Successful Electronics Design Engineer Will Be Responsible For:
1. Designing embedded microcontroller circuits and integrating peripherals (e.g., USB, IRDA, RAM, FLASH, ADCs).
2. Developing analogue circuits for audio processing to meet the company’s high-performance standards.
3. Ensuring designs adhere to EMC and CE compliance requirements.
4. Collaborating closely with embedded software engineers to deliver market-ready products.
5. Creating PCB layouts using OrCAD/Allegro.
6. Using Solidworks and Draftsight (AutoCAD) for mechanical designs.
7. Preparing detailed project documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
8. Exploring and integrating emerging technologies to enhance product functionality and performance.
The Successful Electronics Design Engineer Will Have:
1. A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of two years’ experience in electronic design, particularly in embedded hardware design and PCB design.
3. Proficiency with CAD tools for both PCB and mechanical design.
4. A proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge or interest in acoustics or audio technology.
2. Experience working with ATEX/Intrinsic Safety designs.
3. Experience managing small projects or teams.
