Role of a Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks to drive operational standards and deliver sales. Many of our stores also offer an online home delivery service, so experience managing a high-volume digital operation would be advantageous.
You will need to be hardworking, proactive, and able to instill our values into your team and store.
