Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and health management.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout the recovery journey.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) license with active NMC registration.
Experience in neuro rehabilitation or similar environments is preferred.
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Hours Per Week: 37.00

Pay Per Hour: £25.00
