This role will provide our Technology teams with finance business partner support and would suit a part-qualified finance professional who is ambitious to develop and has the skills to work in a commercial environment. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, our Finance Analyst role involves financial reporting and analysis of Technology spend and communicating insights to management. Ideal candidates would blend financial acumen with analytical skills to drive financial performance and market success. There is also ample opportunity to build relationships across the business and work in a collaborative and cross functional way to streamline processes and drive efficiencies on group technology costs. What you’ll bring as a Finance Analyst - Experience working with or within a large organisation with master data systems. - Part Qualified Accountant with the ambition to fully qualify. - Experience in analysing data and ensuring data integrity through exception reporting. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong presentation and ‘story telling’ ability - Enquiring thought process and analytical nature - Good project management skills for delivering to deadlines - Planning and organising and analysis and decision making. - Business Objects XI or similar reporting system - Comprehensive Excel: pivot tables, formulas, layouts, calculations.
