Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join a multi-award-winning Microsoft Partner. This role involves delivering high-quality D365 CE solutions for public sector clients, driving Agile project delivery, and ensuring seamless business process optimisation. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of CRM implementations, data migration, and system performance tuning.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring business process mapping and system optimisation
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, manage product backlogs, and drive Agile delivery
3. Oversee data migration, integration, and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency
4. Manage Agile teams, ensuring successful project execution and user adoption
Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and CRM implementations
2. Expertise in business analysis, system design, and Agile methodologies
3. Ability to lead requirement gathering, user stories, and backlog refinement
4. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, RFP responses, and team management is a plus
