Main duties of the job About you You will carry out MHA assessments to the highest standards giving respect, to confidentiality, choice, dignity and privacy by applying legal and professional knowledge to achieve positive outcomes for individuals. Contribute to service improvement initiatives by reporting what could work better and also implementing changes in guidance and new ways of working. Complete legal and other relevant reports and documentation to organisational and nationally specified standards. Data completeness is crucial. We would also expect that you are: Passionate about following the professional standards of SWE with a commitment to continue your professional development. A trained AMHP from recognised Community Psychiatric Nurse, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology background. Qualification and registration and maintenance of registration with regulatory body along with a valid warrant to practice as an AMHP, and maintenance of this, are essential for this role.
