Registered children's manager

We are looking for an Registered Manager for our service in Hexham

Registered Manager immediate start - Working Monday Friday - 37 hours per week

3 - 6mths cover required - there may also be an opportunity for a temp perm role

Interim Manager - Happy to discuss rates

Temp perm Up to £35.00 per hour depending on experience.

Salary up to £49,400 + £700 on call allowance if interested in Temp to perm role


Our Client is looking for interim cover:

Its a new service in Michinhampton, a small village on the outskirts of Gloucestershire.

The service is a forever home for a young person with complex needs and a high level of behaviours that challenge with a care ratio of 4:1.

The service will provide the young person with a home for life, supporting them to integrate into the community as much as possible and achieve supported independence as they transition into adulthood.The young person is 16 years old and will be moving into the service come January 2025

Qualifications and training

1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (and Scotland SVQ Level 4 Management & Leadership); or for England

2. Or an equivalent Level 5 Diploma as defined by the DFE Guide to Childrens Homes Regulations, 2015.
