Role Overview:
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of project documentation. You will use Procore and be trained in this if you don't have experience with this specific information management system. You will work closely with various departments to maintain an organised and streamlined system for document control, ensuring that all project documents are correctly stored, tracked, and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and controlling the flow of documentation for multiple projects.
Using document control systems to ensure all project documentation is accurately logged and filed.
Working with the Procore Information System (experience with this system is highly desirable).
Ensuring all project files are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to the project teams.
Coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and efficient document management.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and project documentation as required.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Document Controller, ideally within the construction industry.
Familiarity with document control software, particularly Procore Information System (or similar systems).
