As a receptionist, you will be required to undertake general reception duties including receiving admission fees and issuing receipts, assisting the general public with both face-to-face and telephone enquiries, taking facility bookings, and assisting in the control and supervision of the reception area. Providing assistance with the clerical support of the centre and accurate record keeping is also a requirement of this post.
You will have a friendly personality and good telephone manner as well as the ability to work under pressure. Previous relevant work experience, including customer service and cash handling, is essential; knowledge of computerized booking systems is desirable.

Hours of work:
Saturdays 13:30 - 17:00 and every third Sunday 13:00 - 16:30
