Work with managers to ensure the team holds the required technical knowledge to fulfil their roles; identify gaps in knowledge/skills and either provide training on a 1 to 1 basis or escalate to line managers for performance management. Monitor overall performance of TPA against targets. Identify and implement necessary improvements to oversight framework or team working practices. Build an open and effective communication channel with both the TA and our internal business partners to ensure that the TA can meet both Invesco’s business needs and continue to deliver excellent client service. Ad hoc participation in Industry forums to ensure Invesco play a part in industry developments. Liaise with TPA and active participation with Invesco Project teams for product developments and business requirements. Participate in Service Review meetings with TPA to ensure regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues are addressed and resolved. What you will bring: In depth knowledge of ISA, ICVC and Investment Trust Regulations. Relevant business qualification or IAQ preferred Knowledge of the asset management industry and a basic understand of how the Transfer Agency integrates within firms. Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels both internally and externally. Strong relationship building skills with varying levels and with external clients. Ability to make sound business proposals with regards process improvement and risk control. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
