Business Development Manager - For a leading provider of high-quality, innovative office fit-out solutions for the commercial & data centre sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in this dynamic market.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop and execute strategic business development plans targeting key decision-makers in the commercial office fit-out sector, including architects, designers, property developers, and corporate clients.\nIdentify and secure new projects through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.\nConduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.\nPrepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our expertise, capabilities, and project portfolio.\nNegotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to project handover, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams including project management, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.\nQualifications:\n\nOpen to experince level, minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within the commercial office fit-out sector, with contacts in the industry. \nStrong understanding of the design and construction process, including relevant building codes and regulations.\nProven ability to identify and secure new clients, build relationships, and close deals.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in CRM systems and project management software.\nA network of contacts within the architecture, design, and construction industry is highly desirable.\nWe Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to work on high-profile, challenging projects.\nCollaborative and supportive work environment.\nProfessional development opportunities.\nThe chance to make a significant impact on a growing and successful company.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
