Job Title: Hospitality Manager
Bell Cornwall is delighted to be working with a leading UK property management company, seeking a Hospitality Manager for one of their luxury contracts. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional seeking a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage client relationships on the Executive sites and oversee the service quality delivered by the Executive Host Team.
2. Oversee daily operations, including ordering supplies, selecting products, monitoring catering costs, and attending supplier meetings.
3. Prepare staff rotas for both sites, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and manage HR responsibilities.
4. Conduct site inductions and develop training plans for new staff members.
5. Collect and analyze utilization statistics, providing year-on-year comparison reports for the client.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role within a prestigious hospitality setting.
2. Proven experience managing a team or in a management capacity.
3. Effective communication skills with customers and staff at all organizational levels.
4. Adaptability and proactive approach to handling situations.
5. Business acumen with examples of improving efficiency and service quality.
