HRIS Analyst Hybrid - Solihull Office Full Time, Fixed Term 12 months Salary - £33,000- £45,000 Dependent On Experience Here at Serco, we’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to join the team. As an HRIS Analyst you will monitor system performance and manage issues to resolution, lead on system maintenance activities and resolve day to day system queries raised by customers and colleagues. This is a key role that ensures the smooth running of the system and effective HR processes. As part of this you will: Manage system performance issues Identify processes that need improvement, outline appropriate solutions and manage implementation end to end Manage Docusign Hold responsibility for project support to HRIS Change to implement system changes/ new solutions, followed by managing changes into business as usual Manage system maintenance during system upgrades and patches. Collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results Managing middleware performance and changes Create the appropriate user documentation and procedures to support new implementations and changes, also assist in training on the updated functionality Leading on annual maintenance activities i.e. system patching. What you’ll need to do the role: Experience using SAP HCM (minimum 3 years) A track record of managing multiple downstream systems, interfaces, annual upgrade/ patching activities Exposure to managing middleware (ideally Dell Boomi) Knowledge of implementing change/ new solutions to support the employee life cycle Experience with people data (HR & payroll) HR legislation knowledge Experience using reporting tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex Excellent communication skills Good working knowledge of Excel Ideally you will be working as a HRIS Analyst or similar within an HR Shared Service environment with an understanding of organisation and people data (HR & Payroll) Why Serco: Meaningful and vital work: In this position, your work is vital to the business, in terms of decisions and growth. Reporting to the Void Supervisor, you will be conducting visits to Void Properties, where you will receive your tasks on a PDA and travelling using a provided work van. You will be inspecting properties to ensure they are secure, wind and weatherproof and in a good state of repair. You will then write a report of your findings and identify any required maintenance, that will then be reported to your line manager weekly and monthly. You will also be producing site survey reports when a MoD family is moving out of a property, including making a photographic record of the internal and external condition at the start of the property becoming void maintenance until the property is reoccupied. As necessary, you may need to install additional locks and may need to adjust or drain down the heating system and water supply to prevent damage to the Void Property. What You’ll Need To Do This Role For this role it is ideal that you have previous work experience in Void Maintenance, along with a background in some form of trade. As this role will require a lot of travel, it is important that you are self-motivated and are happy with lone working most of the time. This role will be cover multiple estates, so it is essential that you hold a full clean UK driving licence and be willing to cover wider locations to support with annual leave cover when needed. It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or property maintenance environment.
