Our Paralegal Administration Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service across all paralegal modules to students and staff. We are looking for a Paralegal Administration Manager to join our dynamic team, to be a principal university contact for those studying CLT Scotland paralegal modules and the course tutors teaching on them. This is a maternity cover placement until February 2026, working 22.2 hours per week Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis at our Glasgow Campus. As our Paralegal Administration Manager, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service across all paralegal modules to students and staff. Provide general information on a range of enquiries and liaising between students and course tutors for all module related enquires. Manage the communication relating to coursework, examinations and deadlines to students and course tutors. Schedule and organise internal and external examination arrangements throughout the year. Assist students in accessing specialist advice and support from other ULaw services (where appropriate) including welfare, disability support and inclusion, employability and study skills. Contribute to the delivery of a professional front of house service to students, visitors and staff in keeping with the expectations and standards required by the University and its stakeholders. Is this you?: Evidence of study at SCQF level 9/10 or equivalent Relevant experience in the provision of high-quality customer service Experience of working with complex processes in a busy office environment Experience of providing information, advice and guidance to individuals on a one-to-one basis Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information Ability to build rapport quickly with students, colleagues and employers Why join us?
