Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will: Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base Providing assistance and guidance to the customer Processing information and updating CRM system Creating cases on the system for the teams to assist the customer Liaising with internal teams to better assist the customer Profile To be successful in this role: A strong background in customer service, particularly within a telephony based role Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing. A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution. The ability to work well in a team.
