Position Overview Diligent is looking for a talented, strategic analyst to join our Commercial FP&A organization. You will play a critical role in our global FP&A team, partner closely with our Executive team and Commercial leaders to drive robust financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis. This position will report into the Director of Commercial FP&A. This is an integral role within the global team responsible for helping to build a best-in-class organization related to budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, collaboratively built financial forecasts, annual plans and operational analyses for the Commercial team. Work directly with the Commercial Leadership Team to educate and support them in completing their strategic plans and budgets, driving real-time analytics and data driven decision making. Actively participate in annual and monthly financial planning processes, ensuring planning aligns with overall company goals. Drive strategic analysis in areas such as assessing GTM strategies, sales capacity modeling, commercial efficiency and cost structure optimization/benchmarking. Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools, dashboards, processes, and methodologies. Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business including Diligent Executives, FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, HR and Legal Required Experience/Skills: 4 years of experience working in a senior financial and operations role in a complex organization. Excellent analytical, financial modeling/ MS Excel, and communication skills; in-depth experience with financial analysis and a strong understanding of GTM metrics Strong financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig into the details. Advanced skill level in ERP financial systems. Experience creating annual plans for a GTM organization from the ground up. Proven ability to establish strategic, high-impact initiatives, defining performance indicators and operational focus. A high degree of intelligence, natural curiosity, and a strong worth ethic Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills and build collaborative relationships and consensus among, multiple stakeholders with varying points of view.
