We are looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team based in Derbyshire on a development of 75 homes plus other sites where we are currently marketing properties for sale.
The main purpose of this role is to successfully drive sales negotiation, and the reservation process through to handover. Also to manage our customers' expectations and customer journey on buying their home.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage sales leads and generation by utilising development, marketing materials, and show homes.
* Be confident in selling and selling optional upgrades.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion.
* Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and home-building experience.
* Generate sales by identifying the needs of potential home buyers and matching related solutions.
* Compile weekly visitor reports and keep track of sales chasing.
* Ensure that the sales and marketing suite is maintained to a high standard.
* Work with the Sales Manager to generate sales and keep things updated.
* Work with our customers from reservation stage, choice stage, progression through to handover and 7-day visit.
* Handle day-to-day paperwork such as tracking sheets, choices forms, CML and reservation forms.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Negotiator
* Preferably experience in new home sales with a builder/developer or transferable Sales experience such as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales.
* Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment and work to deadlines.
* Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and act on your own initiative.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to handle difficult conversations and push our clients to adhere to their reservation agreement dates.
