Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a dedicated Assistant Contract Manager to support the management all Hard & Soft Services related operations within the Clacton PFI Contract to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation the contract specification. This is a full time role based at Thorpe le Soken and will include travel across Clacton Schools. You will be joining our Total FM team based in Clacton. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best. Key responsibilities: Support the Contract Manager to lead, motivate and support a team of FM staff and sub-contractors in the day-to-day FM service delivery. Proactively manage the site teams through self-monitoring performance requirements as laid down within the contract project agreements. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements. Monitor and review actual costs against budget and take timely action to rectify any projected influence and negotiate with stakeholders when necessary to achieve the best outcome for the organisation, within the bounds of the contract Assist the Contract Manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service. Key requirements: Have both Hard and Soft FM experience. (operating in one sector will not be acceptable) Operated in a multi-site portfolio. NEBOSH or IOSH qualified. Positive communication style.
