Senior Technical Architect
Job Summary
To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.
* Key Responsibilities
1. Design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. Train and develop the team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and mitigate delivery risks.
3. Continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
4. Leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
