About the Role The Demi Chef de Rang role reports into the supervisor and Assistant Manager. Working very close with the Chef de Rang, you will have the accountability of areas within the restaurant ensuring it’s smooth running and going above and beyond for everyone who attends. You’ll be responsible for helping the business and the team in a manner that will ensure that all parties’ expected standards are maintained at all times. The role will have a huge focus on operational excellence by delivering a world class restaurant experience. About You You will have worked in a senior waiter/waitress position previously, understanding the level of service that is expected in a fine dining environment. You are an excellent communicator and you can motivate your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation maintaining company standards at all times. You have excellent organisational skills, customer service focused and able to work at pace whilst remaining calm and self-assured at all times.
