About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our talented production team as a Senior Commercial Photographer at one of the UK's leading commercial creative studios. This role is perfect for a multi-talented individual with a proven portfolio, professional experience, and expertise in commercial photography.
You will be responsible for creating premium video and image content, from conceptualisation to delivery, working closely with our in-house creative team. This role is based in our Milton Keynes studio, where you'll be required to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with occasional off-site shoots. All cameras and equipment are provided by the studio; you are not expected to use your own.
While proficiency in both videography and photography is expected, we welcome candidates with strengths in one area and a willingness to develop skills in the other.
Key Responsibilities
* Premium Content Creation: Produce high-quality imagery that meets brief, budget, and deadline expectations.
* Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to manage client expectations and provide creative and technical input throughout the production process.
* Creative Development: Assist Account Managers in developing client briefs and concepts for e-commerce and commercial projects.
* Junior Team Support: Mentor and develop junior creative team members.
* Shoot Setup: Set up shoots (styling, lighting, equipment) both in the studio and on location.
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment, reporting any needs or failures to the Studio Manager.
* Innovation & Research: Continuously research and propose new styles and ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging.
* Content Archiving: Ensure accurate storage and archiving of footage, adhering to studio procedures.
* Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines during studio and location shoots.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience and a strong portfolio in photography.
* Proficiency with professional studio lighting, camera equipment (Sony photography and videography cameras), and software (Including but not exclusively Adobe Creative Suite and CaptureOne).
* Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
* Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
* Experience working in both studio and on-location environments.
* Experience mentoring or developing junior team members (desirable).
* Knowledge of music licensing and audio selection.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing content storage and archiving.
* Clean UK driving license (desirable).

Benefits & Details
* Holidays: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional paid days off between Christmas and New Year’s Day. If you start mid-year, holiday entitlement will be prorated based on your start date.
