Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (with regular travel to client sites)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in the HR module, and will be comfortable leading teams and managing the end-to-end implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and map business processes, preparing detailed business requirements.
* Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
* Configure, test, and demonstrate processes within D365 HR.
* Support activities like System Acceptance Testing, UAT, Cutover, and Go Live.
* Contribute to data migration for HR modules and understand data entities involved.
* Lead small projects, ensuring independent delivery and client satisfaction.
* Facilitate functional sessions and status meetings with clients.
* Manage project deliverables and documentation to ensure timely completion.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience with Dynamics 365 HR and AX 2012 (preferred).
* Expertise in key HR module areas.
* Proven experience on 3-4 end-to-end implementation projects.
* Knowledge of D365 Finance HR data migration.
* Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
* Experience with DevOps for tracking deliverables and issues.
* Knowledge of supply chain module enquiry tools and reports.
Qualifications:
* MBA / M. Com / B. Com / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree.
* Hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O, with HR domain expertise preferred.
* Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
