Based from their regional offices (great working environment, hybrid working (up to 3 days from home)), this is an opportunity to play a crucial role in managing customer experience and driving it forwards across the company.
Day to day, you will be involved with:
1. All areas of complaint management from customer interaction and evidence gathering,
2. Policy application, identifying and presenting solutions,
3. Ensuring fulfilment of regulatory requirements,
4. Identifying trends, working cross-functionally to implement training and procedure improvement,
5. Producing reports and regulatory liaison.
Mon-Fri 37.5 hr week (flexi time) - based locally! Ideal chance to build work-life balance, or migrate your career to the local market.
Salary + benefits - appropriate to experience level. Experience from any sector considered, albeit complaints handling/management within a regulated sector is preferred - either as part of a customer services role or as a previous/current job!
