Early Years Learning Support Assistant – The Role
7. Provide tailored 1:1 support to reception pupil with SEN
8. Expertly utilise and follow the pupil’s EHCP
9. Opportunity to build up vital classroom experience
10. Assist class teacher with preparation of learning materials
11. Help create an inclusive environment
12. Be a positive role-model to all pupils
Early Years Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification
13. Degree in Early Years, Education or Psychology OR demonstrable experience in an Early Years setting
14. Previous school experience is essential
15. Proactive and resilient
16. Commitment to safeguarding
17. Good classroom management skills
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Passion for being an Early Years Learning Support Assistant
