Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality art education to students at GCSE level
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and SEMH provision
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Encourage creativity and self-expression through art projects
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in art education
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the GCSE level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum requirements for art education
* Ability to effectively engage and motivate students with SEMH challenges
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Art Education
* Experience in working within SEMH provisions
Working Conditions:
The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis within an educational setting catering to students with SEMH needs. The teacher will be based in Epping, East of England, Essex.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
