What You’ll Do:
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless journey from initial contact to resolution.
* Manage and coordinate aftercare services, liaising with internal teams and contractors to address customer queries efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring the customer database is up to date.
* Ensure all service requests are resolved within agreed timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within property development, construction, or a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and empathetically.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
