About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon (SVS) who will lead the Pet hospital team, providing a high standard of customer service and clinical care whilst promoting pet wellbeing, delivering preventive services and treating sick and injured pets of eligible clients.
Our Senior Veterinary Surgeons are line managers to the Head Nurse and Veterinary Surgeons and will lead and develop the clinical team to efficiently manage the day-to-day workflow through the hospital.
As the senior clinician they are responsible for all aspects of clinical governance at the hospital, managing income and clinical expenditure; including treatment costs at hospital level and making sure that PDSA resources are used in a cost effective manner.

About You:
The successful candidate will be a multi faceted RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a track record that includes practice and people management. You will need to be able to demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership and organisational skills and have a flexible approach.
