The Role
This senior hire will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with global brands and agencies, positioning Entourage as a key partner in sports marketing. This individual will bring 6+ years of industry experience, an intrinsic understanding of Talent engagement, and preferably an existing network with Talent.
This leader will play a critical role in contributing to Entourage’s sales approach, expanding revenue streams, and driving growth by working with clients on integrated, multi-dimensional sports marketing solutions. Beyond external brand relationships, this individual will be an influential voice within Entourage, challenging conventional approaches and guiding the senior team towards innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Agency Relationship Management:
* Cultivate, lead, and manage high-value relationships with global brands and agencies.
* Position Entourage as the go-to partner for sports marketing initiatives by leveraging insights, expertise, and innovative strategies.
* Act as a key liaison for clients, ensuring Entourage is the trusted partner of choice for events, endorsements, and activations.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
* Drive revenue generation through direct client and agency engagement.
* Feed into and refine Entourage’s sales strategy, developing approaches to diversify offerings and expand beyond single-offering brand relationships.
* Achieve KPIs focused on revenue, relationship depth, and client satisfaction.
Working with Talent:
* Utilise deep knowledge of Talent and athlete/celebrity engagement to advise clients on optimal ways to engage athletes and celebrities.
Internal Leadership and Influence:
* Inspire the wider Entourage team, acting as a senior leader who influences sales, marketing, and strategic direction.
* Challenge internal practices and foster an environment of continuous improvement and growth, especially among the leadership team.
Market Presence and Networking:
* Represent Entourage as a prominent face in the industry, engaging in market events and showcasing Entourage’s services.
* Proactively network to build the company’s profile and promote Entourage’s services.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in talent representation, sports marketing, or agency-side brand engagement.
* Proven experience managing high-level brand and agency relationships with a successful track record of driving revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of athlete/celebrity engagement, with existing Talent relationships a strong plus.
* Strong sales and business development acumen.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, confident in influencing both clients and senior internal leaders.
* Strategic thinker, innovative, and capable of challenging the status quo to drive company growth.
