Founded nearly 20 years ago, this award-winning letting agency is recruiting an Administrator/Property Adviser.
Both full-time and part-time will be considered. Hybrid working may be possible.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will support hundreds of landlords and tenants:
1. Handling emails and phone enquiries.
2. Meeting landlords and potential landlords at their property to explain services and advise of readiness of properties for let.
3. Meet prospective tenants and show around properties.
4. E-mail and social media marketing.
5. Support the general manager with other duties.
This is a target-driven role and there may be times when you are working outside normal office hours.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Property-related background would be ideal.
2. Use of own car.
3. Proficient in Word and Excel.
4. Numerate.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. A 'can do' approach.
7. Excellent people skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
SALARY & BENEFITS
£21,800 basic, OTE year one £25,000, Pension, 20 days + public holidays.
